Behavioral
Genetics allows you to 'read' faces with 98% accuracy!
Our genetic makeup creates our structure
which determines our basic patterns of behavior. Understanding
what our structure says about us not only helps us to understand
ourselves better, it enables us to understand why other people
behave the way they do, without taking that behavior personally.
Observe it's accuracy for yourself in all of the people around
you. Use the suggestions for each month's trait, watch your
relationships improve as you understand and communicate increasingly
effectively with everyone in your life.
This month's
Face Reading
tip from the Face
to Face keynote is:
Low Set Eyebrows
It is said we have 15 seconds
to make a first impression, and we all know how important
that is! Take a moment to check the height of the eyebrows
above the eye to see whether you should offer a formal handshake
or give a holiday hug.

You can see how low Stephen's eyebrows are.
People like this tend to use touch to get to know you. The
lower the eyebrows, the more comfortable the person is with
touching and with being touched. Your approach can be more
casual and relaxed they don't like to be too formal. These
people tend to be mentally quick and focused on specifics.
They are likely to jump right in to check out something interesting
to them, then decide later whether or not it's what they want
to persue.
So this holiday season give the people in
your life who have eyebrows set low over their eyes, a friendly
hug when you see them, they'll appreciate it.
Next month: The
trait of adventure!

December's
Face Facts winner is;
Stacey Lemire at http://www.healingtouchtherapies.com

Stacey, your forward jutting chin lets me know
how determined you are, in fact I'd say that the one sure
way to make you hang on to something is to try and take it
away from you! The width of your jaw on the left says you
are generally the authority in your relationships. Those lovely
half circle eyebrows tell me what a great integrator you are.
You have the rare and wonderful ability to stand back and
see where and how all the pieces come together to form the
most perfect solution for the greatest good of all.
Everyone who buys a copy of 'No Worries,
Mate' goes in to the draw for a mini face reading like this

This Month's
Transformative Tip
Silence
that worrisome voice in your head
Most of us have a voice inside us that worries
and stresses and frets, and generally drives us nuts!.
We try to ignore it, or tell it to go away, we try not to
let it get us down, but the voice just becomes more insistent,
shrilly advising us of all of the things we need to worry
about, and of how unlikely it is that we will be able to cope
with any of it.
We've learned that the voice won't be denied or ignored so
what the heck DO we do with it?
How about listen to it!
No I haven't lost my mind, hear me out, see if you think this
makes enough sense to give it a try:
Just for this moment treat that worried voice
in your head as you would a beloved child.
You wouldn't tell a frightened little child not to be stupid
or to shut up and go away if they were really worried about
something would you?
And even if you did, would that make them worry less? Would
that make the problem go away? No of course not. The only
thing that will do that, is sitting down and calmly listening
to their fear, finding out whether or not it is valid, and
then reassuring them one way or another.
Make sense? OK, let's try it with the voice
that is that frightened part of you that needs reassurance
right now.
Start with letting it feel heard so it doesn't have to keep
on at you.
Sit down with it; validate it by really listening to what
it has to say. "You're worried about something? Thank
you for letting me know. Let's see if we need to do something
about that."
Then go through the de-worrying process with it until it's
no longer afraid, no longer worrying, no longer needing to
fuss at you.
Can you see how much sense that makes? The voice
only continues to nag at you because you haven't listened
to that part of you that is trying to protect you from being
hurt, and is insisting on being acknowledged for that..
As soon as you let it be heard, it has no more reason to fuss!
It can relax and so can you, until the next time it needs
reassurance, when you do the 'de-worrying process' with it
again, and again, until that little voice doesn't need to
be there any more.
Try it!
It works.
